Protecting client interests through brand protection involves identifying illegal operations and seizing counterfeit products as well as identifying their manufacturing processes, and/or sources of counterfeit product, to include channels of distribution. Given our national and international reach, we are equally experienced in conduct “gray market” investigations of legitimate products sold in unauthorized venues. As our work is unrestricted by geographical boundaries, we are experienced and efficient in gathering evidence of those suspected of infringing upon, or the outright theft, of patented processes.
